Payment at Local Banks

You may pay your Russell County PSA - Castlewood Division bill at either New Peoples Bank/Castlewood or Lebanon branch.

Payment by Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment stub. To avoid late fees, mail your payment at least 7 days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment in Person

You may pay your bill with cash, check, money order, or debit/credit card, in person at our Main Office during normal business hours located at 137 Highland Drive, Lebanon, Virginia.  To avoid longer wait times, please note that the first of the month, Mondays, Fridays and the first business day after a holiday are normally our busiest times.
